You will not include any content in your Submissions that is or could be unlawful, defamatory, offensive, obscene, dangerous, false, or any content that is protected by copyright or other intellectual property right or any other third party rights (including privacy and publicity rights), without first obtaining permission of the rights-owner, or any content that contains any viruses, bugs or other harmful elements;
you will not assume a false identity or the identity of another user when using the Service, and you will not use the Service for any unlawful or illegal activities, including but not limited to spamming, harassing or otherwise causing distress to other users;
you will defend, compensate and hold harmless RealIndexer, its affiliates and related corporations from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees on an indemnity basis, arising out of or in connection with your Submissions.

Any submissions shall be stored only 1 year in our server. Before removing your due posted properties, RealIndexer will remind to you by email about whether renew your due property. Every overdue properties shall be removed unconditionally if you don't renew your properties in time.

RealIndexer does not endorse any Submission and hereby expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with the Submissions. RealIndexer shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Submissions contributed to the Service, including chat rooms and forums. RealIndexer shall have the right to remove, delete or refuse to post any material that RealIndexer, in its sole discretion, finds to be in violation of these terms or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate without having to assign any reason.

In addition, RealIndexer shall have the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Service if it believes that you have violated these terms or for any other reason whatsoever at its sole discretion, with or without notice to you. RealIndexer shall not be liable to you for any suspension or termination of your account or access to or use of the Service.
